Well who would have thought? I recently had the honor of partaking in a study of Barefoot Running vs. Sneakers at Harvard. Cant believe i went to Harvard that should look ok on the resume  LOL  Anyway while the results arent in yet obviously i had to tell you all the news. There will be video of me running as a test subject in the days to come. It was very cool and interesting as soon as all is done i will share everything they share with me with you.      Keep up those toes and stay on the Ball!!!!
