Did you know its takes up to 1000 years for a pair of running sneakers to breakdown in a landfill!!!  So please don't throw those sneakers out donate them to your nearest salvation army or goodwill center someone can use them.  Also look into those companies who are starting to develop sneakers that are more earth friendly brooks has one that claims to breakdown in 20 or so years a big difference.  Leave a better footprint on the earth our time is short but our children and their children must deal with our decisions!!

Or just be really green and go barefoot your feet will adapt back to the way they were when you were born made to walk and run the earth!!!
